Environmental Policy

As Susesi Luxury Resort Hotel, supporting sustainable tourism and being an environmentally friendly accommodation facility are among our priorities.
 
We aim to be beneficial to our business and the region where we work while protecting nature by adhering to current national and international legal legislation and the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard in our practices within the scope of sustainable tourism.
 
We determine the environmental aspects and risks that may arise as a result of our activities and take precautions to minimise their effects.
 
We ensure the collection, temporary storage, recycling, disposal and post-disposal control of all kinds of waste coming out of our facility by separating and measuring it according to its characteristics at the place where it is generated.
 
To ensure the use of the right amount of chemicals in the right place, we periodically organise our personnel training and provide the necessary equipment and storage conditions. 
We follow and apply technological developments to ensure the correct use of natural resources.
 
We regularly monitor our water, electricity and chemical consumption and implement corrective and remedial actions in case of deviations.
 
We inform our guests about all the sustainable environmental work we carry out as a hotel, invite them to our social and community work and ask for their encouragement. We receive their feedback in order to improve ourselves with our questions under the environmental heading in guest satisfaction surveys.
 
We regularly train all our employees and inform our suppliers and business partners to encourage them to support our environmental management system and contribute to our progress. 
Our aim is to support sustainable tourism with our work and to help increase quality and protect the resources needed by the business world by making as much difference as we can on our own behalf.
